Community and Wellbeing
At North Devon Coasteering, we strongly believe in making coasteering accessible for all. We facilitate this by offering sessions that benefit mental health, physical wellbeing, trauma release and supporting all disabilities plus supplemented sessions for the local community.

Coasteering For Mental And Physical Wellbeing - The healing power of the sea

At North Devon Coasteering, we've always known the ocean is a powerful place, not just for adventure, but for healing, recharging and finding our balance.
Over the years we have seen first hand how coasteering in North Devon can support both mental and physical wellbeing, the two go hand in hand at the end of the day. Whether you're scrambling across rocks, plunging into the sea, or simply floating and breathing it all in - being immersed in nature like this, often in areas only accessible via coasteering, brings something that gyms and screens just cant offer.
We regularly work with individuals, community groups, charities, corporate businesses', retreats and organisation, that are looking for something real, raw, rejuvenating! We always see people leaving the water feeling lighter, stronger and more alive.
All we ask is you turn up and give it go, there is never any pressure and at North Devon Coasteering, we are all about you doing what is right for you!

Community Coasteering Projects
BUILDING CONFIDENCE THROUGH ADVENTURE- Our kids clubs & Community work.
At North Devon Coasteering, we are not just about adrenaline - pumping jumps and wild swim's - we are deeply passionate about our local community and coastline. One of the projects we are most proud of, is our community kids clubs. We run these every two weeks and explore all that the beautiful North Devon Coastline has to offer, the clubs have quickly become a highlight for everyone involved.
The club is about so much more than coasteering, it is building ocean confidence, inner belief, nurturing leadership, encouraging teamwork, friendship and compassion for one another, as well as teaching them about the worlds 2nd biggest tidal range, getting fitter, healthier and more knowledgeable about the area we live in.
We also work with adults in the community, using coasteering as a powerful tool for personal growth, mental health, connecting to nature and physical wellbeing. We are excited to keep this energy going and keep building on the awesome coasteering community we have already!
